At Shankhayurveda, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us.

Because our products are intended for personal wellness/medicinal use, returns may be subject to product condition, packaging and applicable hygiene requirements.

Return Window

Return requests must generally be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

The return period begins from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement request may be considered in cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received damaged
  • Product received defective
  • Product missing from the order
  • Product materially different from the product ordered

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Product Condition

For a return to be considered, the product should generally be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • With original labels and seals intact

Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests made after the 3-day return period
  • Change-of-mind returns where the product has been opened or used

This does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, the applicable refund or replacement will be processed.

Where technically possible, refunds will be made through the original payment method.

For COD orders, we may request valid bank or UPI details through an appropriate process for refund purposes.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take [bank/payment provider processing time] to reflect in your account depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the issue is attributable to us.
